- Simply Migrate EULA s.3.2: on Mimecast's written request the licensee reviews its use of the software and certifies compliance in a written instrument signed by an officer, or remedies and notifies any non-compliance. This is the only audit-type clause in the published Mimecast contract set; the Global Service Agreement has no audit clause.
