- GTC s.7.1.2: each Services Order is valid for its Subscription Term and renews automatically for twelve months (or as otherwise agreed in the Services Order) unless a party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the current Subscription Term. Notice may be given to the Reseller or to Mimecast.
