- GTC s.8.1: at the start of each Renewal Term Mimecast may increase recurring fees by up to 8%, or up to 11% for customers contracting with Mimecast South Africa (Pty) Limited, and will notify renewal fees at least 100 days before the Renewal Term. Undisputed fees are due 30 days from invoice; late fees are the lower of 1% per month or the maximum lawful rate. Section 8 does not apply to Reseller purchases.
