- Service Schedule s.3.3.3: the Services may not be used or accessed to copy, disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile them, to build a competitive service or features, or to undertake comparative analysis (for example benchmarking) intended for use outside the customer's organization. Breach of the s.3.3 restrictions is excluded from the liability caps (GTC s.6.5) and can lead to suspension (GTC s.7.2.5).
