- GTC s.8.2: Professional Services fees are invoiced in full on execution of the Services Order. If the Professional Services include import of historical Customer Data, the quantity specified on the Services Order must be provided to Mimecast within 12 months of the start of the engagement; data received later incurs additional fees.
