- GTC s.9.3: the customer may assign the Agreement in whole or part to a successor in interest on a sale or merger of the customer; otherwise it needs Mimecast's prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. Mimecast may assign without consent. KB guidance on mergers and acquisitions treats consolidation of two Mimecast accounts as a technical migration of data and users.
