Each business phone number has a shared free tier of 1,000 delivered service messages per month (one unit per delivered recipient for group sends), which resets monthly and does not roll over. Reaction messages stay free and do not count toward the tier. Eligible governments and non-profits keep free service messages through 2027-12-31. AI Providers are charged under a separate policy.
