- KCA preamble and s.1: if the Product was bought from an Authorized Reseller (which includes marketplaces such as AWS Marketplace), the terms between customer and reseller replace Section 8 (Subscriptions and Usage), Section 9 (Payment, Taxes and Indirect Orders) and Section 12 (Term and Termination).
