- KCA s.3.3: unless the Order Form says otherwise, Contractors and Affiliates may be Authorized Users if use is solely for the benefit of Customer or the Affiliate and the Affiliate is not already a Kong customer for the Products under a separate agreement. Customer is responsible for their compliance. (effective 2026-08-10)
