Training Content must be removed from any LMS at the end of the term

- On termination, the right to use the services, including Training Content, ceases immediately and all copies must be returned or destroyed, with a certificate of destruction on request. Where content was hosted in the customer's own or a third party's LMS (for example SCORM packages), the customer must remove it after the term ends.
