Termination for convenience does not release future fees

- The customer may terminate on 30 days' written notice for any reason, but without reimbursement or relief of future payment obligations. If a Quote with a fixed term (for example 36 months) is terminated by the customer without cause, or by KnowBe4 for cause including non-payment, all remaining recurring fees for the term become immediately due. Only KnowBe4's own termination for convenience brings a prorated refund.
