- The customer is deemed committed to the full purchase, regardless of split payment terms, on the earliest of a signed Quote, execution of the Agreement with an attached Quote, tender of payment, or failure to send a notice of non-renewal. Except as specified, all sales are final, non-refundable and non-returnable.
