- Juniper RMA License Process: licences are moved to a replacement device with the self-service RMA tool in the JAL portal using the RMA number and both serial numbers. The replacement serial number need not match the one shipped on the RMA, but the replacement device must be the same platform as the defective unit. (vendor page undated; as published on 2026-09-30)
