- License Management Guide, Grace Period: gateways that lose contact with the licensing service keep working for a grace period that depends on the source: 24 days for ISA-V/PSA-V subscription licences and PCLS, 10 days for a License Server, and 5 days for new users in Neurons Secure Access licensing mode (existing users continue).
