- ProConnect s.2.2(ii): unused returns and User Access can be refunded only within five business days of the later of the Software Release Date or Payment Date (or of the Deferred Payment Date). Used returns are not refundable. After the refund period User Access licences are not refundable but may be assigned to other users at the firm.
