- IES Section B s.3: once the Sales Order maximum of Entitlements (Users, Additional Entities, Dimensions) is reached, each additional Entitlement incurs a monthly per-Entitlement Additional Charge, measured on the billing day. Removing Entitlements gives no refund; Additional Charges continue to the end of the Contract Period if the subscription is cancelled early.
