- MA s.15.9: during the agreement and for one year after, Hyland may audit the customer's use of the Products and Premier Care to determine compliance, including to measure volume usage, with access to systems, facilities and records on reasonable notice during business hours. For volume-licensed Products the customer must provide volume usage reports on request. No cost-shifting threshold is stated in the Master Agreement.
