- MA s.14.3.4: for 30 days after termination or expiration of a Cloud Service Product Subscription (the Standard Data Extraction Period) the Cloud Service stays available solely for exporting Customer Data; assisted extraction or a longer Transition Period requires a Services Proposal or Order Form; afterwards the data is deleted.
