- Use rights run for the contracted period and extend automatically by the minimum extension period (monthly unless systems such as third-party software cannot be extended monthly) unless either party gives at least 90 days prior notice. The customer may also terminate for convenience on 90 days written notice unless the Solution Material says otherwise.
