- Commercial rules
- Pay per use: metered usage at the UOM rate, no Commitment, billed in arrears. Subscription: fee for the right to use a defined quantity for the Commitment period, billed in advance. Subscription with Pay per use option: subscription fee plus pay per use fees for use above the Commitment, with overage billed in arrears. Billing is monthly unless agreed otherwise; early termination fees equal the Subscription fee times the remaining Commitment period.
