- AGPL-3.0 §13: a modified version must prominently offer all users interacting with it remotely through a computer network an opportunity to receive its Corresponding Source from a network server at no charge. Under the ordinary GPL, running a modified program on a web site without distributing it does not require releasing the source (GPL FAQ #UnreleasedMods).
