- FSF License Violations and Compliance page: the FSF holds the copyright for a number of GNU programs, such as GNU Bash and GNU Wget, and can take direct action on reported violations. It states that it does not seek monetary damages and only wants violators to come back into compliance, following the Principles of Community-Oriented GPL Enforcement.
