- GPL-3.0 §6: object code may be conveyed only if the machine-readable Corresponding Source is also conveyed in one of the listed ways: with the physical product, with a written offer valid for at least three years and for as long as spare parts or customer support are offered for that product model, by passing on an offer (occasional noncommercial only), by equivalent access from the same designated place at no further charge, or by peer-to-peer transmission.
