Statement: GNU Bash, GCC and GNU Coreutils carry notices licensing them under the GNU GPL "version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later version" (GCC: "either version 3, or (at your option) any later version"). SPDX identifier GPL-3.0-or-later. Runtime libraries of GCC add the GCC Runtime Library Exception; the GNU C Library is LGPL-2.1-or-later.
