Statement: GPL-2.0 §0, as applied to Git by its COPYING file: only copying, distribution and modification are covered; running the Program is not restricted. §5 adds that the licence need not be accepted unless the Program is modified or distributed. Applies when: Internal use of Git by an organization, whatever the number of users, devices or servers.
Applies to: Git (command-line tools and source tree), including builds distributed by operating systems and Git for Windows
