Non-compliant distribution terminates the licence automatically

- GPL-2.0 §4: copying, modifying, sublicensing or distributing Git other than as the licence provides is void and automatically terminates the rights under the licence. Parties who received copies from the non-compliant distributor keep their licences while they remain compliant. The GPL-2.0 text contains no cure period.
