- FortiFlex administration guide: unused prepaid points roll over in full at the registration anniversary for stackable and bulk packs. Stackable packs expire three years from purchase; bulk packs three or five years from purchase. Roll-over does not apply to postpaid programs. If the program expires, new points cannot be added and unconsumed points are forfeited 90 days after expiry.
