- Service Terms s.5.2.3 and the Grace Period Policy: a customer who buys a Product without Services or bundles must still register it in the Support Portal (FortiCloud) to receive licence, RMA and warranty coverage. The EULA warranty is only valid for Products registered on support.fortinet.com.
