On-demand and BYOL FortiGate-VM licences are not interchangeable

- FortiGate-VM administration guide: BYOL offers perpetual (normal and v-series) and annual subscription (s-series) licences bought from resellers, while on-demand is an hourly marketplace subscription. The two are not interchangeable: a BYOL licence cannot be injected into an on-demand instance and a BYOL instance cannot be converted to on-demand. The licence type is fixed for the VM's lifetime, so migration requires a new deployment. Cloud providers charge separately for compute and storage in both cases.
