Negative FortiFlex balance: 90-day grace, then entitlements stop

- FortiFlex administration guide: points may be consumed into a negative balance for up to 90 days and are trued up automatically when new packs are added. If the balance is still negative when the grace period ends, all active entitlements are stopped until the balance is positive. During the negative-points or program-expiration grace periods no entitlements can be created or updated.
