- EULA s.5: only authorised Channel Partners may transfer the Software, to one End User on a permanent basis, subject to the Transfer Requirements. Fortinet's licence, warranty and support are only available for Products purchased directly from Fortinet or from a Channel Partner, and other Products may be blocked from registration. The Service Terms add that transfer of a Product unit to a third party is grounds for terminating its Service Contracts.
