- Embarcadero: RAD Server Developer Edition may be deployed only for testing, for up to five users in the licensee's organization. Production use of RAD Server Enterprise, or distribution outside the organization, needs a separately sold RAD Server Software Deployment License or a RAD Studio Enterprise or Architect licence.
