- Carrier Marketplace Terms (2025-10-30): a carrier that exceeds the Annual Load Volume limitation moves automatically to the higher tier and is charged the prorated difference for the rest of the year. The FAQ on the public page says there are no overage charges and the new tier is billed at renewal, so the two statements differ. (effective 2025-10-30)
