- Counting rules
- Run Utilities > Reporting > Data Export for the period, remove duplicates on TMS Load #, repeat for each SCAC and add the totals (How to Calculate Loads Moved, steps 2 to 16). Renewal is billed on the load volume of the past 12 months in the TMS (Carrier Marketplace FAQ).

- Tier floors by level: Web Connect+ 0-700 and over 700; eConnect 0-5,000 / 5,001-10,000 / over 10,000; eConnect+ 0-5,000 / 5,001-15,000 / 15,001-25,000 / over 25,000; LTLConnect 0-20,000 / 20,001-50,000 / 50,001-100,000 / over 100,000.
