No-fee personal accounts may not be used to provide services to an employer

DSSA (last updated 2026-08-26) §3.3 Use Restrictions: users may not use a Docker account created under an email domain not authorized by the Customer, or "use no-Fee accounts to provide any services" to an employer or commercial entity, or receive such services. Docker may suspend access for a violation of §3.3, and the customer remains liable for Fees incurred.
