- DSSA §1 Definitions: ““User” means an individual human authorized by Customer to log into and/or use the Services. For paid Services tiers, Users may include employees, consultants, contractors, and agents of Customer or its affiliates subject at all times to the license restrictions of this Agreement. For purposes of AI Features use “User” shall mean a human or AI Agent.”
