- MSLA s.4: a SaaS Subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence for internal business operations to manage the subscribed systems and give access to the subscribed number and type of concurrent or total sessions, users (human or non-human), agents, API calls, hosts or secrets.
