Delinea

Delinea makes privileged access management and identity security software, including Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Server PAM and the Delinea Platform. It sells SaaS subscriptions and term software licences under its Master Subscription and License Agreement.

  1. SaaS subscriptions, software licences and support services renew automatically for one-year renewal terms unless the customer gives written notice of non-renewal.[1]

  2. Licensed software bought per system may be moved to another customer-managed server or workstation of the same kind, and user substitution is allowed for software bought on a per-usage basis.[2]

  3. For usage-based solutions, customers must keep usage records and provide usage verification twice a year (May 31 and November 30); materially late usage reporting is billed at list price.[3]

  4. Delinea may audit the customer's usage records during the term and for two years afterwards to verify usage reporting.[4]

  5. The MSLA takes effect on the customer's first download, installation, access or use of a Delinea solution.[5]
