- Section 2.10: during the Subscription Term the right to deploy does not extend to an Extraordinary Corporate Event (section 1.15: divestiture, acquisition, merger or combination). Users, divisions or entities added or divested may not use the Products until added by a written amendment signed by both parties (or, for a divestiture, the divested entity).
