- EUA Version 2.5 section 2.1: unless the Agreement or Order states otherwise, the grant is a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to install, run, access and use the Number of Units of Software during the Term solely for internal business purposes, per the Business Unit Terms, Order and Documentation. Section 2.2 grants Cloud Services on the same basis.
