- Section 15.4: order of precedence is (1) the Order, (2) the Business Unit Terms, (3) the End User Agreement. Customer purchase order terms do not modify the Agreement. The Business Unit Terms, Service Descriptions, Maintenance terms, Security Exhibit and DPA may be updated without notice, and continued use accepts the then-current terms.
