- Section 15.2: during any Order and for one year after its termination, Company or its independent auditors may, at Company expense and on 10 days’ notice, audit compliance. Customer must assist and make systems, personnel and records available at no cost; failure is a material breach. If the audit reveals material noncompliance Customer reimburses the reasonable audit costs, and Company keeps its right to payment for usage above the Number of Units.
