- MSA Exhibit A s.4.2.2: without an MDM integration Bitdefender cannot tell that an uninstalled and reinstalled device is the same, so both are charged as active devices; a replaced handset also counts as two devices in the period. The MSP FAQ adds that each successful deployment counts and recommends a consistent MDM identifier and manual activation.
