- MSA Exhibit A s.4.2.2 (GravityZone Security for Mobile): Active Devices are "the devices that have been detected as online (sent or received at least one keepalive message to the management console) in the period". Chrome extensions count as mobile devices.
- Counting rules
- A device is chargeable if online at least once in the calendar month. Without an MDM integration an uninstalled and reinstalled device is charged twice, and a device running both the mobile agent and the Chrome extension is charged as two devices unless the MDM registers them under one ID. Monthly (MSP) billing uses active devices; annual or multi-annual billing uses the number of devices sold.
