- MSA Exhibit A s.2.1: on acceptance of the order and payment, Bitdefender grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use or access the ordered Solutions and Services solely for the customer's internal business operations, including its Affiliates, subject to the Agreement, the Order and the Documentation. Affiliates that buy or use under the Agreement are bound by it, and the accepting entity remains responsible for them.
