- Each Software Services term renews automatically for a term equal to the initial term. Either party may prevent renewal with notice no later than 60 days before the end of the current term. Renewals are at the same price as the current term unless Azul (or the Business Partner) notifies otherwise in writing. (Rev July-2025, effective 2025-07-01)
