- When a customer buys through a Business Partner, Azul confirms it is responsible for providing the Product and Support Services under the Agreement, but Section 5.2 (payment terms) and Section 13 (Order Forms and conflict of terms) have no force or effect; the Business Partner sets fees and renewal pricing.
