- Exhibit A-1 grants a time-based subscription licence during the Software Services Term, non-sublicensable and non-transferable, and limits use to Systems for which a Unit has been purchased and to the customer’s internal business operations. Unlike Azul Platform Core, the Prime licence ends with the subscription. (Rev July-2025, effective 2025-07-01)
