- DPLA §2.1 (LYL255, 2026-08-18): Apple sets the number of devices each Licensee may register; for Ad Hoc distribution each company, organization, educational institution or affiliated group may acquire only one Block of Registered Device Licenses unless Apple agrees in writing, and may not knowingly acquire more.
