- macOS Tahoe 26 SLA §3A: macOS may be leased or subleased only for Permitted Developer Services (continuous integration, building, automated testing and supporting developer tools); each lease period must be at least 24 consecutive hours, and the End User Lessee must have sole and exclusive use and control of the software and the Apple hardware, apart from the Lessor’s administrative support.
